Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced CV/Resume Writer and LinkedIn Revamping Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients to create high-quality, professional CVs/Resumes and LinkedIn profiles that stand out in today’s competitive job market.

Key Duties and Responsibility

  • Schedule meetings with clients and the Lead Coach.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their career objectives and job search goals.
  • Develop customized CV/Resume and LinkedIn profile templates that reflect clients’ unique skills, achievements, and experiences.
  • Edit and proofread CVs/Resumes and LinkedIn profiles to ensure they are free from errors and typos.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to clients on how to improve their CVs/Resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CV/Resume writing and LinkedIn profile optimization.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Posting of upcoming offers and participating in any other marketing activities by the Firm including social media marketing.
  • Any other duties related to the role as may be assigned.

Requirements.

  • Proven experience as a CV/Resume Writer and LinkedIn Revamping Associate.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of CV/Resume writing and LinkedIn profile optimization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with clients from different industries and backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and LinkedIn.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, English, Journalism, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Must be keen to details, trustworthy, reliable and of high integrity.
  • Must have excellent communication and demonstrated decision making skills.
  • Should have good communication and presentation skills.

Required Working Tools.

  • Should have a laptop that has access to Microsoft Word and Google Workspace (e.g. Google Sheets and Google Docs.)
  • Access to internet.
  • Access to a Smart Phone/ Tablet.
