CAVARINO FARM

In January 2023, Denidel had the privilege of partnering with Adema Management Consultancy to deliver comprehensive consultancy services to Cavarino Farm, based in Narok County. The engagement focused on strengthening the organization’s internal systems to support sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic direction.

The project scope covered organizational development, workforce planning, and the establishment of a structured HR function. This included developing a functional HR department framework and clear job descriptions for staff across different operations. The intervention enabled improved role clarity, accountability, and alignment between people management practices and the farm’s business objectives.

Cavarino Farm is a diversified, highly productive agribusiness located at the base of the Mau Forest tower and fully Kenyan owned and operated. With multiple value chains including pig production, layer chicken rearing, fish farming, beef feedlot, agronomy, and animal feed production, the farm also runs agroforestry, hospitality, agro-tourism, and community development initiatives such as clean water provision, contributing meaningfully to local economic and social development.
