anergy in December 2023 engaged Denidel to facilitate a training for 15 HR team members from Fresh Life on Mastering Personal and Emotional Intelligence, with emphasis on emotional intelligence and personality assessments. The session focused on building self-awareness, emotional management, and interpersonal effectiveness to support stronger HR leadership and performance, while equipping participants with practical tools applicable to daily HR interactions and decision-making.
Sanergy also partnered with Denidel to deliver a mini team building session conducted within the Fresh Life premises. The activity was designed to strengthen teamwork, trust, and communication among the HR team.
